The Solution: When Heeter Direct met with its client to discuss its plans for their upcoming Medicare open enrollment promotions, one thing was made perfectly clear from the get go . . . the promotional vehicle to drive health plan enrollment needed to be different . . . something that would stand out from the rest of the direct mail promotions that so heavily saturate the Medicare market during peak open enrollment season.

A full color tri-fold self mailer. It sounds ordinary, doesn’t it? However, this was no self mailer, and the sound it provided was anything but ordinary. This self mailer was implanted with an audio device that was triggered when the piece was opened, providing both a written and audio message all in one targeted direct mail communication.
